I am Colombian by birth. My interest in art began at age seven. After graduating from high school I became a student of Art and Design, attending Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellín, Colombia; Ceramic and Art History, attending Academia Superior de Arte, Medellín, Colombia; and Textile Print, attending Atelier Litza Bain, París, France.
I have over seven years of Art Education acquired in South America and Europe. I also studied with David Manzur who is one of the most renowned Colombian artists in recent history.
I specialize in oil painting and my work has been exhibited in Bogotá, and in various venues internationally and within the United States. My paintings can also be found in private collections throughout the world, including South America: Chile, Ecuador, Argentina; Netherlands: The Hague; England: London; China: Beijing; Canada: Kingston and Calgary; and the United States: Houston (Texas), Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Cupertino, and San Francisco (California), Nashville (Illinois), Wilkesboro (North Carolina), Aspen (Colorado), Las Vegas (Nevada ), Lawrenceville and Alpharetta (Georgia), Toledo (Ohio), Pleasant Ridge, East Lansing, Midland, Bay City, Bad Axe, Port Austin, and Pigeon (Michigan).
